After the work was completed on fitting out the building with a modern, integrated utility system, the company and the Customer signed a contract for system maintenance on the infrastructure that was created. In 2017, the Saint Petersburg Archive Committee did capital repair work on the archive’s buildings, retrofitting them with integrated security systems and upgrading the utility systems and equipment so that they can accommodate the archive funds. As part of the preparation work, “In-Pro” specialists designed a fire suppression system for one of the buildings.

The new stage for the Maly Drama Theater - Theater of Europe will meet all the theater industry’s modern requirements. The new building is slated to accommodate a transformer stage for 600 people, a chamber theater for 75 people, three rehearsal halls, and even a recreation and sports facility for the actors.

Company specialists did work preparing the rooms in the office building to accommodate 850 employees at the Design Bureau of High-Rise and Underground Structures, and allow them to perform work efficiently.

As part of this project, all of the necessary low-voltage systems were installed throughout the rooms, and a series of pre-commissioning works was performed (on integrated security systems, an automatic gaseous fire suppression system, a structured cabling system, a secure power supply system, and cable support structures).

The company delivered the central (16-channel network video recorders, a video file storage system with two-terabyte RAID arrays, operator workstations, and video information display equipment) and the peripheral equipment (TV cameras, video signal transmitters) for the video surveillance system, and delivered the equipment for the security systems’ uninterruptible power supply (an 80-kilovolt ampere uninterruptible power supply source).

In Saint Petersburg, on the premises of the Military Communications Academy named after S.M. Budenniy, in the beginning of 2015 there was an opening ceremony held for a new IT school, and “In-Pro” specialists worked in a modern building to install numerous low-voltage systems, including:

The entire set of systems for the new educational system is integrated with a unified information system for the academy, which permits using shared electronic resources and services.

For the cadets, the chemistry and physics laboratories were also fitted out, as were the language laboratories and classrooms for network communication technologies.

The auditoriums and rooms in the school were equipped with computers, multimedia equipment, and appliances. The students will live in comfortable rooms for two people equipped with bathroom facilities and wardrobes.

An array of work was done by extremely tight deadlines for design engineering of the entire electrical and low-voltage infrastructure for the facility, with the equipment delivered, installed, and then handed over for subsequent commissioning.

On November 25-26, Kazan hosted a series of official events that preceded the FIFA Confederations Cup 2017, a major football event that will take place in Russia in 2017. In-Pro took part in their organization, providing technical support for the Organizing Committee Meeting, the seminar for the national teams of Russia, Germany, Australia, Chile, Mexico, New Zealand, and Portugal, the press briefing with the participation of FIFA representatives, and the official draw ceremony for the Confederations Cup, which took place on November 26 at the Kazan Tennis Academy Training and Sports Complex. The event determined not only the full schedule of the tournament, but also a colorful show was held, which was attended by sports officials, representatives of participating countries, sports and world stars. The project provided comprehensive technical support for events with equipment and office equipment provided by In-Pro, maintenance of the Customer's own equipment, as well as technical support for users.

From June 21 to June 30, 2019, the 2nd European Games were held in the Republic of Belarus - these are athletic competitions held among European athletes that are held once every four years under the supervision of the European Olympic Committee.
As part of preparing for and holding the 2nd European Games, integrated services were provided in very short time frames to give technical support for work programs by supplying reprographic and video projection equipment at 24 of the customer’s facilities, which enabled the events to be held at an extremely high professional level. Especially for the 2nd European Games, developers and the company “In-Pro” created an information portal that permitted gain immediate access to the necessary scope of equipment, as well as automatically enter adjustments to allow the office machinery to function properly.
While the competitions were taking place, “In-Pro” technical support specialists provided a full range of support services 24/7 for participants and visitors at the games.

Final draw for 2018 FIFA World Cup
On December 1, 2017, in the State Kremlin Palace in Moscow, the final draw was held for the 2018 FIFA World Cup.
LLC “In-Pro” provided equipment delivery services for office machinery and video projection equipment for the events that had to do with the final draw, which involved a media center that was especially set up, as well as an IT command center.
Under the contract, work was performed on delivering, installing, pre-commissioning, and putting into operation more than 100 units of equipment. Their ability to function continuously was enabled by competence maintenance work that complied with the high level set in the SLA by the Customer.
Temporary technological and energy infrastructure at facilities to hold the 68th FIFA Congress in Moscow While preparing for and holding the 68th FIFA Congress, the following were built in a three-day period:

7 data transmission network nodes;

A structured cabling system for 650 workstations;

A Wi-Fi network for 2,000 users;

3 kilometers of fiber-optic lines;

Customized services were provided, such as data transmission with a guaranteed passband of 200 Mbit/s, photo services, and an electronic voting system designed for 1,000 users;

A diesel generation unit with a capacity of about 2 megawatts;

A temporary electrical network for all users with a total line length of more than 10 kilometers;

More than 50 distribution electrical assemblies;

More than 1,200 user electrical hookups.

Temporary infrastructure for the International Broadcasting Center for the FIFA World Cup Over four months, we built:

300 kilometers of copper telecommunications lines;

65 kilometers of fiber-optic lines;

more than 20 telecommunication nodes across various levels.

In addition, secure hookup was accomplished for all the FIFA World Cup stadiums via 40 Gb/s channels and external channels, providing more than 2,000 workstations for TV broadcasters. Fitting out the Russia Local Organizing Committee IT Command Center

Printing services during the run-up to and while holding the 2018 FIFA World Cup in Russia

The following work was performed:

A supply chain was set up from the supplier’s warehousing facilities to the customer’s offices in 18 different cities;

There was an interactive platform for recordkeeping on the quantities of equipment located in the warehouses, in transit, and at the Customer’s facilities;

The state of the equipment and quantities of consumables was continuously monitored;

The system for processing user requests was integrated with the Customer’s HelpDesk system, and there was a group for communicating, distributing, and monitoring the status of task orders;

There were integrated corporate services to exchange mail, store documents, and use shared libraries and databases in keeping with group policy and access permission levels.

Results:
Equipment was installed in any spot requested by the Customer in a two-day period; Problems could be remedied under an SLA with the Customer in 15 minutes.

From June 17 to July 2, the eighth football tournament for national teams was held: the 2017 FIFA Confederations Cup.

“In-Pro” provided technical support for the tournament with office machinery and video projection equipment in four Russian cities: Saint Petersburg, Moscow, Kazan, and Sochi.

The Saint Petersburg Stadium, Opening the Arena Stadium, Kazan Arena Stadium, and Fisht Stadium were fitted out with modern multimedia and reprographic equipment, which permitted holding all the events in the framework of the Confederations Cup at an extremely professional level, and organizing the work done by its visitors and participants.

Besides the stadiums, the company fitted out media accreditation centers and ticket offices, the FIFA headquarters, the hotels that hosted participating teams, transportation hubs, and other facilities that were involved in holding the competitions.

The work done by LLC “In-Pro” specialists for the Confederations Cup final draw in Kazan, and during the tournament itself, was given high marks by the Customer, and after all the events were over. the Russia 2018 Local Organizing Committee sent “In-Pro” a letter of recognition that acknowledged the contribution made by “In-Pro” to organization and holding the 2017 FIFA Confederations Cup in Russia.
