In the bounds of developing the military hospital infrastructure for the Russian Federation Ministry of Defense, the company “In-Pro” delivered, installed, and commissioned the following equipment by very tight deadlines:

• Multimedia equipment in the hospital wards, and in their administrative offices;
• Computer equipment;
• Printer equipment.

  In July 2021, In-Pro completed the implementation of projects related to the preparation and holding of UEFA Euro 2020 matches in St. Petersburg, which took place in 2021.
  As part of the project, In-Pro carried out the adaptation, technical support and operation of the external temporary security perimeter of the Gazprom Arena stadium and other special-purpose facilities. In addition, the company provided services for the engineering and technical equipment of the Operations Center of ANO UEFA Euro 2020 and its subsequent operation during the preparation and holding of the UEFA Euro 2020 European Football Championship.
  In-Pro received letters of thanks from the customer, confirming the high professional level of execution of both contracts.

In the framework of putting this project in place, installation and pre-commissioning work was done on the following facility systems:

• grounding, lightning protection, snow melting system;

In addition, architectural and artistic illumination was set up for the Temple’s facades and interior design. More than 1,900 lighting fixtures were installed to provide dynamic facade illumination whose color changes in keeping with assigned scenarios and astronomical sensors. The interior artistic illumination consists of 1,100 diverse lamps, and is provided by crown lighting and sconces that represent artists’ work, stained glass backlighting, and projectors that create accent lighting for the temple’s interior decoration.
This project involved more than 100 highly-qualified “In-Pro” company specialists that fulfilled the objectives set for them professionally and by their precise deadline.

The company provided services for complex operational and technical maintenance of engineering systems of buildings, such as:
- Power supply, power equipment and electric lighting;
- Ventilation and air conditioning systems;
- Sanitary and technical systems (including ensuring the operability of heat points and heat energy metering units; central heating systems; cold and hot water supply systems; sewerage systems; pumping equipment for water supply, heat supply and sewerage systems);
- Equipment for video surveillance systems, security, fire alarms, fire alarms, access control systems;
- Radio, television.
Also, as part of the execution of the contract, a dispatch service was created, which provides round-the-clock reception, registration and control of all stages of the execution of applications.

Within the framework of the project, the goals of introducing a new telephone communication system in the complex of buildings of the Alexandrinsky Theater were:
- modernization of the existing telephone communication system to provide subscribers with a full range of communication services provided by modern IP telephony technologies (including flexible call forwarding, provision of key subscribers with several subscriber devices of different types while maintaining a single number and centralized organization of audio conferences);
- ensuring centralized administration of the entire telephone communication system;
- ensuring the possibility of expanding subscriber capacity, as well as scaling the telephone communication system, by including new sites, buildings and structures in its composition, without additional purchase of server subsystem equipment;
- centralized maintenance of detailed statistics on calls made both within the system and with subscribers of third-party telecom operators in order to further optimize the costs of communication services.

For the new boarding school branch campus, “In-Pro” delivered, installed, and did pre-commissioning work on the following state-of-the-art equipment that is vital for the learning process:

• Audio and video equipment systems in the recreation and leisure areas, and in the residential rooms;
• Computers and laptops in the classrooms;
• Equipment for an animation studio, photography studio, recording studio, and television studio
• Equipment to hold webinars.

In August 2019, the company In-Pro finished putting in place a large-scale project involving the delivery of equipment to the Kemerovo Presidential Cadet School, which is another socially significant facility run by the Ministry of Defense.
In the framework of this project, the company In-Pro completely equipped the full scope of classrooms and administrative offices with new computer and multimedia equipment to help support 360 cadets in their studies. In addition, company employees fitted out the following: professional equipment was installed in a video studio to shoot footage and do montage and voice-over work for B-rolls and films; a photography studio was equipped with modern equipment to shoot footage at various levels, and with differing levels of complexity; a printing office was fitted out to allow it to produce a wide range of printed materials; a recording studio.
To support the high level of technology incorporated into the cadets’ studies, In-Pro specialists fitted out a curriculum office with equipment that allows holding demonstration lessons that can be recorded and broadcast.

From June 21 to June 30, 2019, the 2nd European Games were held in the Republic of Belarus - these are athletic competitions held among European athletes that are held once every four years under the supervision of the European Olympic Committee.
As part of preparing for and holding the 2nd European Games, integrated services were provided in very short time frames to give technical support for work programs by supplying reprographic and video projection equipment at 24 of the customer’s facilities, which enabled the events to be held at an extremely high professional level. Especially for the 2nd European Games, developers and the company “In-Pro” created an information portal that permitted gain immediate access to the necessary scope of equipment, as well as automatically enter adjustments to allow the office machinery to function properly.
While the competitions were taking place, “In-Pro” technical support specialists provided a full range of support services 24/7 for participants and visitors at the games.

At present, LLC “In-Pro” is successfully working with the Russian Federal Security Service Directorate for Saint Petersburg and Leningrad Region under the following contracts:

• Delivering equipment, components, and consumables for the special-purpose equipment systems used during investigative activities to collect, store, and analyze information that the Russian Federal Security Service Directorate needs to fill government defense orders;
• Doing repair and maintenance work on equipment and utility systems to support a unified central control station for the Russian Federation Federal Security Service Directorate for Saint Petersburg and Leningrad Region that is designed to store, process, and transmit information obtained during investigative activities as part of diagnostic, repair, and preventive and scheduled maintenance.

In January 2018, the company In-Pro delivered, installed, and did pre-commissioning work on printing equipment at the Saint Petersburg Cadet Military Corps. The entire printing office space was fitted out with equipment that will enable satisfying the professional-level printing needs of the military school, and teaching the cadets how to work with printing equipment.

Starting in 2017, the company In-Pro has been implementing various projects at the Chkalovsky Airport.

These projects have included delivering and installing computer and various types of multimedia equipment at the airport’s arrival and departure points, as well as in its administrative offices.

In 2018, the company “In-Pro” signed a contract to execute packaged deliveries for the needs of a new building at the Nakhimov Naval School with the Russian Federation Ministry of Defense.
As part of this project, the following were delivered, installed, and commissioned:

• Computers and laptops for the students and teachers;
• Modern, interactive touch screen boards and projectors in the classrooms;
• Audio and video system equipment in the offices and recreation areas;

As part of preparing for and holding the 2018 FIFA World Cup in Russia, “In-Pro” specialists took part in the following projects:
Final draw for 2018 FIFA World Cup
On December 1, 2017, in the State Kremlin Palace in Moscow, the final draw was held for the 2018 FIFA World Cup.
LLC “In-Pro” provided equipment delivery services for office machinery and video projection equipment for the events that had to do with the final draw, which involved a media center that was especially set up, as well as an IT command center.
Under the contract, work was performed on delivering, installing, pre-commissioning, and putting into operation more than 100 units of equipment. Their ability to function continuously was enabled by competence maintenance work that complied with the high level set in the SLA by the Customer.
Temporary technological and energy infrastructure at facilities to hold the 68th FIFA Congress in Moscow While preparing for and holding the 68th FIFA Congress, the following were built in a three-day period:

• 7 data transmission network nodes;
• A structured cabling system for 650 workstations;
• A Wi-Fi network for 2,000 users;
• 3 kilometers of fiber-optic lines;
• Customized services were provided, such as data transmission with a guaranteed passband of 200 Mbit/s, photo services, and an electronic voting system designed for 1,000 users;
• A diesel generation unit with a capacity of about 2 megawatts;

Temporary infrastructure for the International Broadcasting Center for the FIFA World Cup Over four months, we built:
• 300 kilometers of copper telecommunications lines;
• 65 kilometers of fiber-optic lines;
• more than 20 telecommunication nodes across various levels.

• A supply chain was set up from the supplier’s warehousing facilities to the customer’s offices in 18 different cities;
• There was an interactive platform for recordkeeping on the quantities of equipment located in the warehouses, in transit, and at the Customer’s facilities;
• The state of the equipment and quantities of consumables was continuously monitored;
• The system for processing user requests was integrated with the Customer’s HelpDesk system, and there was a group for communicating, distributing, and monitoring the status of task orders;
• There were integrated corporate services to exchange mail, store documents, and use shared libraries and databases in keeping with group policy and access permission levels.
Results:
Equipment was installed in any spot requested by the Customer in a two-day period; Problems could be remedied under an SLA with the Customer in 15 minutes.

“In-Pro” provided technical support for the tournament with office machinery and video projection equipment in four Russian cities: Saint Petersburg, Moscow, Kazan, and Sochi.

The Saint Petersburg Stadium, Opening the Arena Stadium, Kazan Arena Stadium, and Fisht Stadium were fitted out with modern multimedia and reprographic equipment, which permitted holding all the events in the framework of the Confederations Cup at an extremely professional level, and organizing the work done by its visitors and participants.

“In-Pro” took part in setting those up, providing technical support for the Organizational Committee Meeting, a seminar held for national teams from Russia, Germany, Australia, Chile, Mexico, New Zealand, and Portugal, a press briefing with FIFA representatives, and the official ceremony for the Confederations Cup Final Draw, which took place on November 26 on the premises of the Kazan Tennis Academy’s athletic facilities.

That event not only determined the complete schedule for the tournament, but there was an eye-catching show that involved the participation of athletic officials, various representatives from countries taking part in the tournament, world-famous athletes and other stars.

As part of the project, comprehensive technical support was provided for the events by “In-Pro” supplying office machinery and equipment, doing maintenance work on the Customer’s equipment, and providing technical support for users.

“In-Pro” specialists developed the project design and detailed design documentation, including the measuring work, engineering surveys, and inspection work to construct 4 residential buildings with 560 units in Severomorsk. These buildings are under construction thanks to a federal targeted program geared toward giving military-provided accommodations to service personnel that is being put in place by the Russian Federation Ministry of Defense.

In July 2016, LLC In-Pro signed several contracts for packaged equipment deliveries to satisfy the needs of the Tula Suvorov Military School, which is another socially significant facility for the Ministry of Defense. This is not the first time that company specialists have cooperated on projects with the military construction workers employed at Oboronstroy and the Main Military Construction Directorate. Over the past few years, similar projects have been realized for military schools located in Sevastopol, Kyzyl, Perm, Saint Petersburg, Moscow, Tver, Krasnodar, and Stavropol.

The newly-built Tula Suvorov Military School is located outside city limits, close to the banks of the Upa River, and the design-basis area of the premises in the project is 17 hectares. For the cadets, the following were built: the three-story main administration and classroom building, two four-story dormitories, a three-story dining hall, a medical center, two checkpoints, a site for ceremonial parades with a separate parade ground for 620 people, an athletic facility with a swimming pool and ice skating rink, a gas boiler house to make the military school self-sufficient, and wastewater treatment facilities.

In the bounds of this project, In-Pro also completely supplied the school with educational equipment in the form of laptops, computers, and interactive boards. On top of that, for the Suvorov military cadets an environmentally friendly printing office was built, as well as a space for videoconferences. Company specialists fitted out a multifunctional television studio for the cadets with professional equipment to shoot videos and photography, make recordings, do montage and voice-over work for B-rolls and films, and to broadcast TV and radio shows.
